Für den Fall eines Auslandsaufenthaltes wird der Arbeitgeber den Arbeitnehmer von Gehaltsreduktionen dergestalt freistellen, das die Arbeitnehmer bei einer Versetzung in ein Land mit einem höheren Lebenshaltungskostenindex vom Arbeitgeber einen Ortszuschlag bezahlt bekommen.

In the case of a stay abroad, the employer shall exempt the employee from salary reductions to the extent that the employee shall be paid a cost-of-living allowance by the employer if he is transferred to a location with a higher cost of living index.
