Hallo Herr Yagi, ich habe heute am 06.08.2012 mit DHL telefoniert. Der Fall wird an die Reklamation übergeben. Ich bekomme in 2 Tagen bescheid. Es tut mir sehr leid das das Paket noch nicht angekommen ist. Ich kann leider nichts weiter machen als mit DHL in Verbindung zu bleiben. Es haben schon manche Pakete nach Japan länger gedauert. Ich hoffe das die Pagode bald bei Ihnen ankommt. MfG Andreas Martin

Hello Mr. Yagi, today I phoned on 06/08/2012 by DHL. The case is passed to the complaint. I get modest in 2 days. I am very sorry that the package has not arrived. Hallo Herr Yagi, laut Sendungsnummer ist das Paket in Japan und hat den Zoll verlassen. Ich hoffe das Paket kommt bald an. Warum es 40 Tage in Deutschland lag, kann mir kein DHL Mitarbeiter sagen. Es wäre ein logistisches Problem. Bitte packen Sie die Pagode vorsichtig aus. Ich habe den Kopf, die Zunge, Arme und Hände mit Tesaband fixiert und ausgepolstert. MfG Andreas Martin
