Bei 2 von 9 an adultem Morbus Pompe leidenden Patienten, die bis zu 1 Jahr lang in 3 unterschiedlichen Studien mit Myozyme behandelt wurden, traten u. a. erhöhter Pulsschlag, Hypertonie, Kopfschmerzen, Kälte der Gliedmaßen, Parästhesie, Gesichtsröte, Schmerzen an der Infusionsstelle, Reaktion an der Infusionsstelle, erhöhter Blutdruck und Schwindel auf.

ADRs reported in 2 of 9 late-onset patients treated with Myozyme for up to 1 year in 3 different studies included increased heart rate, hypertension, headache, peripheral coldness, paresthesia, flushing, infusion site pain, infusion site reaction, increased blood pressure and dizziness.

Schwere Neuropathie und schwere Parästhesie trat bei 3% bzw.5% der Patienten auf.

Severe neuropathy and severe paraesthesia occurred in 3% and 5% of patients, respectively.

Ekchymose, Petechien, abnormale Leukozyten, herabgesetztes Thromboplastin, abnormale Erythrozyten, Dehydratation, erhöhtes gonadotropes Luteinisierungshormon, Gewichtsverlust, erhöhte alkalische Phosphatase, erhöhte Kreatininphosphokinase, erhöhte Lipase, Hyperkalzämie, Migräne, periphere Neuritis, Parästhesie, Hypertonie, Verwirrung, Angstzustände, emotionale Labilität, Schläfrigkeit, herabgesetzte Libido, Nervosität, Nachtblindheit, Nystagmus, Tränenflussstörungen, Tinnitus, Geschmackssinnstörung, Brustschmerzen, Arrhythmie, periphere Gefäßstörungen, allgemeines Ödem, Hämoptyse, Dyspnoe, verstärkter Hustenreiz, Sinusitis, Pharyngitis, Dysphagie, Mundulzerierungen, orale Moniliasis, Stomatitis, Dyspepsie, Durst, abnormaler Stuhl, Aufstoßen, vesikobullöser Ausschlag, makulopapulärer Ausschlag, Beinkrämpfe, Hämaturie, Grippesyndrom, Beckenschmerzen und Körpergeruch.

Newly observed adverse reactions: ecchymosis, petechia, abnormal white blood cells, thromboplastin decreased, abnormal erythrocytes, dehydration, increased gonadotrophic luteinizing hormone, weight loss, increased alkaline phosphatase, increased creatinine phosphokinase, lipase increased, hypercalcaemia, migraine, peripheral neuritis, paraesthesia, hypertonia, confusion, anxiety, emotional lability, somnolence, decreased libido, nervousness, night blindness, nystagmus, lacrimation disorder, tinnitus, taste perversion, chest pain, arrhythmia, peripheral vascular disorder, generalized oedema, haemoptysis, dyspnoea, increased cough, sinusitis, pharyngitis, dysphagia, mouth ulceration, oral
