Auf dem Foto fehlt der Sockel. Er wird von oben in die Turret Dach eingesetzt und verschraubt. Das Periskop ist im Sockel eingesetzt. Der Socke erlaubt auch das Drehen um 360 Grad. Ein Austausch gegen ein IR-Gerät ist nicht vorgesehen. Theoretisch wäre es möglich.

Es ist eigentlich das bekannte polnische britische Periskop Mk4.

Die gesamte Grundplatte mitsamt Lasergehäuse könnte so weit abgesenkt werden, dass der kombinierte Strahl nach dem Beam-Combiner nicht erst über ein Periskop in das Raman-Gerät eingespeist werden muss, sondern die Einspeisung direkt in der optische Achse liegt.
