zuerst einmal eine entsprechende Schulung was Möglich währe ! ich stelle mir vor für pat. die so Emotional sind wie es bei Neurologisch erkrankten oft der fall ist sollten die Behandlungsräume entsprechend Atraktiv eingerichtet sein ,oft reicht ein Bild eine Duftlampe ein CD Player,diese Menschen verbringen soviel zeit in Kliniken und Ambulanzen das man Durch einen Medienraum zum Warten mit Büchern Informationen und zeitschriften die oft Stundenlange Wartezeit verkürzen kann.desweiteren währe eine Spezielle Schulung von Pflegepersonal z.b bei der Lufthansa wünschenswert denn oft ist die ausbildung nur sehr lückenhaft und mann tut sich mit schwerkranken oft ungerecht handelnden pat. sehr schwer.
