Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 17, bei dem der Plastifikator (12) einen Beschickungstrichter (36) mit einem drehbar darin montierten Rührer (40) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Beschickungsschritt des Weiteren den Schritt des Befüllens des Beschickungstrichters (36) mit den Formmaterialien (14) und das Rühren und Vorerhitzen der Formmaterialien umfasst, während sie sich in dem Beschickungstrichter befinden, derart, dass die Formmaterialien im dem Zylinder und in dem Beschickungstrichter zusammen eine einzige thermale Wärmeerhöhung erfahren.
