Pfersbach lies Gmünd in Württemberg on a ridge on the edge of East District, North of the town Schwäbisch, with a beautiful view on the Swabian Alb. We are a village of the municipality of Mutlangen. We count 257 members, including 60 in the master play. The average age is 33 years. Our repertoire ranges from Polka, marches, waltzes and music to concert brass band.

Dieses einzigartige Konzert begleitet jährlich seit 1939 weltweit ein Millionenpublikum in den ersten Tag des neuen Jahres und erinnert an die große Strauss-Dynastie die mit ihren Walzer, Polka und Operetten vorallem im 19. Jahrhundert unvergessliche Werke geschaffen.

Every year since 1939 a worldwide audience of millions accompanies this unique concert on the first day of the new year and is reminiscent of the great Strauss dynasty with their waltzes, polkas and operettas especially in the memorable works created in the 19th Century.
