Seit 2003 arbeiten die SBB, die Stadt Zürich und die Post an der städtebaulichen Entwicklung für die Europaallee (ehemals Stadtraum HB). Ziel ist ein urbaner Stadtteil, der an die bestehenden Quartiere anknüpft und sie mit attraktiven Strassen bereichert.
