Die Räte haben sich seit Januar 2010 mit der Vorlage befasst.

The councils have dealt with the template since January 2010.

Den Beschlüssen von Cardiff entsprechend sind auch andere Räte betroffen.

In line with the Cardiff decisions, other Councils are also involved.

Von daher wird es uns ein besonderes Anliegen sein, daß die informellen Ecofin-Räte und auch die Euro-11-Räte von mehr Transparenz und Information nach außen getragen werden, als das in der Vergangenheit der Fall war.

Accordingly, it is a matter of particular concern to us that the informal Ecofin Councils and also the Euro-11 Councils should be conducted with more transparency and information for the outside world than has been the case in the past.

Es ist selbstverständlich nicht allein Ihre Schuld, dass der Rat, die Räte uns eine Politik aufhalsen, die eine Nicht-Politik ist.

It is, of course, not your fault alone that the Council, that the Councils, have saddled us with a policy that is a non-policy.

Folglich erreichen wir genau das Gegenteil, dass nämlich die einzelnen Räte auf einer bereits vorher definierten Linie arbeiten.
