Energiepolitik EU-Energieeffizienzrichtlinie: Am 11. September wurde vom EU-Parlament die EU-Energieeffizienzrichtlinie verabschiedet, die am 04. Oktober vom Rat der Europäischen Union angenommen worden ist. Diese Entscheidung macht den Weg für das Inkrafttreten Ende November frei, da die Energieeffizienz-Richtlinie 20 Tage nach der Veröffentlichung im Europäischen Amtsblatt in Kraft tritt. Nach Inkrafttreten haben die Mitgliedsstatten18 Monate Zeit, um die Richtlinie in nationales Recht umzusetzen.
