Halten öffentliche Beteiligungsgesellschaften, institutionelle Investoren oder Risikokapitalgesellschaften oder -fonds direkt oder indirekt mehr als 50 % des Nennwerts des ausgegebenen Gesellschaftskapitals einer Rechtsperson oder die Mehrheit der Stimmrechte der Aktionäre bzw. Gesellschafter dieser Rechtsperson, so entsteht allein dadurch kein Kontrollverhältnis.

h) Schäde auf dem Auto wenn: - der Fahrer des Unfalls sich schuldig macht, der Unfall die Ursache einer Fahrt unter Alkohol-, Artzneimittel-, Narkosemitteleinfluss oder irgendandere Mittel, die die Fahrerskonzentration oder seine Fahrfahigkeit beeintrachtigen kann ist, sowohl während der Begehung anderer Straftäte bezüglich der Verkehr auf öffentliche Wege, obwohl diese Täte nicht unbedingt auf öffentlichen Wegen oder während anderer Straftäte sich ereigneten; - wenn der Unfallverursacher versucht sich zu entziehen; wenn es um einen Diebstahl oder Diebstahlversuch geht, der von der Polizei nicht bestätigt wurde oder wenn die Polizei keine Klagen über dem Aufbrechen oder Aufbrechenversuch bekommen hat; wenn in diesem Diebstahl oder in die Vorbereitung des Diebstahlversuchs Verwandte des Kunden oder, im Fall einer Rechtsperson, sein Delegierte eingewickelt sind.
