Agar Agar kommt von der Rotalge Gracilaria verrucosa oder Rotalgen der Gattung Gelidium und wird gewonnen durch die Transformation der natürlichen Polysacchariden via eine Wasserextraktion ausgehend von den Algen, gefolgt von einer Tiefkühlkonservierung welche Ihre ganze Reichheit bewahrt.

Agar Agar is derived from the red alga Gracilaria verrucosa or red algae of the genus Gelidium and is obtained by a transformation of the natural polysaccharides via a water extraction from the algae, followed by a cryogenisation which preserves its richness.
