Zur selben Zeit wie der Doppelsarkophag für Maria Theresia und Kaiser Franz I. Stephan wurden auch die Sarkophage von Kaiser Karl VI., seiner Frau Kaiserin Elisabeth Christine und Kaiser Kaiser Joseph I. von ihm umgestaltet.
