Sie sprachen: Ein ägyptischer Mann errettete uns von den Hirten und schöpfte uns und tränkte die Schafe.

And they said, An Egyptian delivered us out of the hand of the shepherds, and also drew water enough for us, and watered the flock.

Da kamen die Hirten und stießen sie davon. Aber Mose machte sich auf und half ihnen und tränkte ihre Schafe.

And the shepherds came and drove them away: but Moses stood up and helped them, and watered their flock.

sie sind größer als Schafe und haben kamelähnliche Köpfe

they are larger than sheep and camel have similar heads

und du deine Rinder und Schafe und Silber und Gold und alles, was du hast, sich mehrt,

And when thy herds and thy flocks multiply, and thy silver and thy gold is multiplied, and all that thou hast is multiplied;

da sind einige schafe im garten

there are some sheep in the garden

Schafe und Ochsen allzumal, dazu auch die wilden Tiere,

All sheep and oxen, yea, and the beasts of the field;

Es ist sehr ungerecht, weil wir zu wenig Schafe haben.

It is very unjust because we are short of sheep.
