School Rules

Er legt die allgemeine Schulordnung fest.

The Board of Governors shall lay down the General Rules of the Schools.

Die Verfahren für die Einberufung und die Beschlußfassung der Verwaltungsräte sind in der in Artikel 10 vorgesehenen allgemeinen Schulordnung niedergelegt.

The procedures for the convening of meetings and for decision-making by the Administrative Boards shall be laid down in the General Rules of the Schools provided for in Article 10.

Die Voraussetzungen für ein Verfahren der Beschwerdekammer und die entsprechenden Durchführungsbestimmungen sind in den Beschäftigungsbedingungen für das Lehrpersonal bzw. der Regelung für die Lehrbeauftragten oder der allgemeinen Schulordnung festgelegt.

The conditions and the detailed rules relative to these proceedings shall be laid down, as appropriate, by the Service Regulations for the teaching staff or by the conditions of employment for part-time teachers, or by the General Rules of the Schools.

Der Direktor erfuellt seine Amtspflichten im Rahmen der in Artikel 10 vorgesehenen allgemeinen Schulordnung. Er ist gegenüber dem in der Schule beschäftigten Personal gemäß Artikel 12 Nummer 4 Buchstaben a) und b) weisungsbefugt.
