Direkte Zielgruppe sind körperlich beeinträchtigte und/oder sozial benachteiligte Jugendliche beiden Geschlechts, der Altersgruppe 14 bis 25 in den vier Regionen Süd-Ghanas, die aufgrund negativer Einstellungen, ausgeprägter Stigmata und/oder Armut weitestgehend von Bildung und der gesellschaftlichen Teilhabe ausgeschlossen sind. Die Anzahl variiert je nach Größe der Ausbildungseinrichtung. Bis zum Ende der Projektlaufzeit wird folgendes Ziel anvisiert: - St. Mary´s Vocational Training Institute, Asamankese / Eastern Region , Erweiterung der Anzahl der Auszubildenden um sozial benachteiligten und/oder körperbehinderte Auszubildende von 162 auf 200, im Projektzeitraum auf 180 - New Century Career Training Institute, Dansoman - Accra / Greater Accra, Erweiterung der Anzahl der Auszubildenden um sozial benachteiligten und/oder körperbehinderte Auszubildende von 324 auf 500, im Projektzeitraum auf 400
