Supraleitfähigkeit

Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, in dem das Screening auf Leitfähigkeit und/oder Supraleitfähigkeit erfolgt und eine Raster-HF-Suszeptibilitätssonde, ein Raster-HF/Mikrowellen-Split-Ring-Resonator-Detektor oder ein Raster-Supraleitungs-Quanteninterferenzeinheit("Scanning-Superconductors-Quantum-Interference-Device")-Detektionssystem verwendet wird.

A process according to any of the preceding Claims in which the screen is for conductivity and/or superconductivity and a scanning RF Susceptibility Probe, a scanning RF/Microwave Split-Ring Resonator Detector or a scanning superconductors Quantum Interference Device Detection System is used.

Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die genannte Grundmetallquelle Kupfer umfaßt, bei dem das genannte komplexe Oxidationsreaktionsprodukt einen Perovskit oder einen modifizierten Perovskit umfaßt und bei dem das genannte komplexe Oxidationsreaktionsprodukt die Eigenschaft der Supraleitfähigkeit zeigt.

The method of Claim 1, wherein said parent metal source comprises copper, wherein said complex oxidation reaction product comprises a perovskite or modified perovskite, and wherein said complex oxidation reaction product exhibits superconducting properties.
