In meiner Rolle als Systemprogrammierer gebe ich regelmäßig Anweisungen über die Systeme und verschiedene Produkte an das OP-Team, um ihnen beim Betrieb und die Verwaltung der z/OS Systeme zu helfen, so dass sie einen besseren Service für Kunden erbringen können. Im Namen des GDF -Projekt wurden wir gebeten, die TWS Unterstützung zu einem anderen Geschäftsbereich im Jahr 2011 zu konzentrieren. Ich dokumentierte unserer TWS Umgebungen und Insctructed die Kollegen ausführlich, so dass sie die neue Workloads problemlos übernehmen konnten.

In my role as a systems programmer I give regular instructions on the various systems and products to the surgical team to help them in the operation and management of z / OS systems to help so that they can provide better service for customers. For the GDF project we were asked to focus on the TWS support to another division in 2011. I documented our TWS environments and Insctructed colleagues detail, so that they could take over the new workloads easily.
