Wie Du weißt hat die SMBV Darlehen von der MSSL und der SMPL erhalten, anschließend an Forgu in Form von Darlehen weitergeleitet, damit Tilgungen und Zinsen an ICICI erfolgen können. Wir hatten das nur aus WHT Persepktive geprüft, aber es scheint negative Auswirkungen auf VAT zu geben, aus diesem Grund schlagen wir vor das Darlehen in Eigenkapital umzuwandeln.
