Die lufttrockene Probe wird in einem Soxhlet-Apparat mit einer Mischung von einem Volumenteil Toluol und drei Volumenteilen Methanol 4 Stunden lang bei mindestens 5 Umlaeufen pro Stunde extrahiert .
