a) Eine Mietzulage wird monatlich den Bediensteten der Besoldungsgruppen B, C, A 1 und A 2 gezahlt, die zur Miete oder zur Untermiete wohnen und für die Bezahlung ihrer Miete - ausschließlich aller häuslichen Nebenkosten, für die im Wohnsitzstaat der Mieter aufzukommen hat - einen Teil ihrer Bezüge aufwenden, der einen bestimmten Pauschalbetrag übersteigt.

(a) A rent allowance shall be paid monthly to grades B, C, A 1 and A 2 staff members who are tenants or sub-tenants of accommodation and who pay a rent - excluding service charges considered to be the liability of the tenant in the country of residence - that exceeds a specified proportion of their emoluments.
