In der Finanzhilfevereinbarung können die indirekten erstattungsfähigen Kosten auf einen Höchstprozentsatz der direkten erstattungsfähigen Kosten abzüglich der direkten erstattungsfähigen Kosten für Unterverträge begrenzt werden.

The grant agreement may provide that the reimbursement of indirect eligible costs is to be limited to a maximum percentage of the direct eligible costs, excluding the direct eligible costs for subcontracting, in particular in the case of coordination and support actions, and, where appropriate, actions for training and career development of researchers.

Unterverträge/externe Unterstützung (gewöhnliche und nichtinnovative Dienstleistungen, die der Begünstigte oder Partner nicht selbst ausführen kann) oder sonstige zusätzliche oder unvorhergesehene Ausgaben, die nicht unter eine der vorgenannten Kostenarten fallen, können im Rahmen des Programms nur mit vorheriger Zustimmung der Kommission angerechnet werden.
