Eine Übertragbarkeit in ein neues Urlaubsjahr ist nur dann möglich, wenn der leitende Angestellte im Kalenderjahr aus nachgewiesenen betrieblichen Gründen den Urlaub nicht nehmen konnte.

Transfer of holiday to a new holiday year is only possible if the Executive Employee was not able to take the holiday in the calendar year due to proven operational reasons.
