Im Fall von Werkstoffen, die aus mehreren übereinanderliegenden Schichten verschiedener Zusammensetzung bestehen und nicht als Verbundwerkstoffe gelten, sind alle Schichten des Werkstoffs bis zu einer Tiefe von 13 mm von der dem Insassenraum zugewandten Seite ausgehend einzeln zu prüfen.
