Ziel dieser Arbeit war, eine rasche Methode zur Typisierung von allen bekannten HAdV-Typen aus verschiedenen Probenmaterialien, die in einem medizinischen Labor routiniert durchgeführt werden kann, zu finden und am Institut für Medizinische Virologie an der Universitätsklinik Frankfurt/Main zu etablieren.

The aim of this work was to find a quick way to the typing of all known types of HAdV from various specimens, which can be performed routinely in a medical laboratory and to establish the Institute for medical Virology at the University of Frankfurt/Main.

Dieser Befund wurde unter fachlicher Aufsicht der Virologie erstellt.
