In der "Stadt von morgen" , trifft man zum Beispiel auf Verkehrsprobleme, Umweltverschmutzungsprobleme, Wohnungsprobleme, Probleme bei der Telearbeit, aber auch auf Probleme beim Städtebau, d.h. sozioökonomische Probleme, vor allem im Bereich der Innenstädte und Vororte.

In "the town of tomorrow' we encounter problems concerning transport, pollution, housing and tele-commuting, as well as those concerning town planning, that is, socio-economic problems, particularly those affecting inner cities and suburbs.

Andererseits vertreiben wir die Autofahrer in die Vororte, in die großen Einkaufszentren, und sie kommen nicht mehr in die Innenstadt.
