.3.2 Soweit in Absatz .3.3 nichts anderes bestimmt ist , darf das Kollisionsschott unterhalb der Tauchgrenze durch hoechstens ein Rohr zum Fluten und Lenzen der Vorpiek durchbrochen werden , vorausgesetzt , dass es mit einem Absperrventil versehen ist , das von einer Stelle oberhalb des Schottendecks aus bedient werden kann ; der Ventilkasten muss innerhalb der Vorpiek am Kollisionsschott angebracht sein . Es kann auch ein Ventil auf der Rueckseite des Kollisionsschotts zugelassen werden , jedoch darf der Raum , in dem das Ventil untergebracht ist , kein Laderaum sein , und das Ventil muss in allen Betriebszustaenden leicht zugaenglich sein .

.3.2 Except as provided in paragraph .3.3 the collision bulkhead may be pierced below the margin line by no more than one pipe for dealing with fluid in the fore peak tank , provided that the pipe is fitted with a screw-down valve capable of being operated from above the bulkhead deck , the valve chest being secured inside the fore peak to the collision bulkhead . However the fitting of this valve on the afterside of the collision bulkhead may be accepted provided that the valve is readily accessible under all service conditions and the space in which it is located is not a cargo space .
