I grew up in a home for orphans

Ich selbst hatte mit der Vereinigung Christliche Solidarität, deren Vorsitzender ich bin, fünf Jahre lang für den Lebensunterhalt von über 300 Waisen aus Kroatien und Bosnien gesorgt.

I myself have helped house more than 300 orphans from Croatia and Bosnia with the help of the Christian solidarity group I chair.

Wenn du auf deinem Acker geerntet und eine Garbe vergessen hast auf dem Acker, so sollst du nicht umkehren, dieselbe zu holen, sondern sie soll des Fremdlings, des Waisen und der Witwe sein, auf daß dich der HERR, dein Gott, segne in allen Werken deiner Hände.
