Bei Forderungen in Form von Wertpapieren oder Waren, die im Rahmen von Pensions-, Wertpapier- oder Warenleihgeschäften, Geschäften mit langer Abwicklungsfrist und Lombardgeschäften veräußert, hinterlegt oder verliehen werden, ist der Forderungsbetrag der nach Artikel 74 ermittelte Wert der Wertpapiere oder Waren.

Where an exposure takes the form of securities or commodities sold, posted or lent under repurchase transactions or securities or commodities lending or borrowing transactions, long settlement transactions and margin lending transactions, the exposure value shall be the value of the securities or commodities determined in accordance with Article 74.
