Ich hoffe, die Europäische Kommission wird in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Parlament die Initiative ergreifen und im Nahen Osten eher eine aktive Rolle spielen, anstatt Zaungast zu sein und den Amerikanern das Feld zu überlassen.
