Ich stimme dem im Ausschuss für Regionalpolitik, Verkehr und Fremdenverkehr gebilligten Text dahingehend zu, dass ganz deutlich gesagt werden muss, dass auf illegale vorsätzliche Einleitungen abgezielt wird und nicht so sehr auf Einleitungen infolge von Unfällen mit Schadensfolge, denn ein Unglück ist schließlich etwas ganz anderes als eine vorsätzliche Einleitung.
