Seit rund 5 Jahren bin ich für IVG Immobilen beim Großprojekt THE SQUAIRE beschäftigt (über 200.000 m² BGF). Steuerung des Marketings und Entwicklung der Marketinginstrumente (Unterlagen, Internet, Flyer, Präsentationen, Filme, Schilder,…) Weiterhin betreue ich als Key Account Manager den Ankermieter KPMG (ca. 40.000m²). Die Sicherung dieses Mietverhältnisses stellt eine Aufgabe mit höchstem Schwierigkeitsgrad dar und hat für die IVG existenzielle Bedeutung. Augenblicklich leite ich die Projekte zur Flächenoptimierung sowie zur Vermietung an Nutzer der Cluster Medizin und Fitness
