Was ist mit Deinem Rücken? Das musst Du aber unbedingt ausheilen. Denn wenn der Rücken nicht gut ist, dann kannst Du auch nicht locker auf dem Ski stehen. Also pass auf Dich auf! A method of forming a silicide region in a silicon body, the method comprising the steps of: a) amorphizing a region of a silicon body; b) positioning metal in contact with the amorphized region; c) irradiating the amorphized region with light; and d) removing the metal from the silicon body; characterised by : the light being of a power sufficient to render the amorphized region molten, yet insufficient to melt the metal and the silicon body, so that metal diffuses into the amorphized region to form upon cooling after light irradiation an alloy region of silicide composition having atoms in an ordered but only partially crystallized state; and the further step of e) forming a crystalline silicide region from the alloy region by rapid thermal annealing.
