Im Krankenhaus versucht Edward Bella einzureden, dass sie sich seine übernatürlichen Kräfte nur eingebildet hat. Bella glaubt ihm aber nicht und forscht nach was er wirklich ist. In dieser Nacht träumt sie zum ersten mal von Edward.
