Warum die Arbeiten zum Entstehungszeitpunkt über Jahrzehnte fragmentarisch blieben, hat unterschiedliche, häufig technische sowie ökonomische Gründe. Interessant scheint aus heutiger Sicht, dass nicht nur der Zugang zum Material – materialbedingt – erschwert oder gar unmöglich war. Sondern auch, dass die Arbeiten (erst) heute vom Künstler „fertig gestellt“ werden: Sie werden (neu) editiert, vertont und erhalten teilweise erst jetzt einen Titel. Bezüglich des Titels erklärt der Künstler:
