Die Abrechnung der unter 4, 5 und 6 dieser Tankvereinbarung genannten Produkte erfolgt halbmonatlich jeweils zum 15. und zum Monatsultimo zzgl. der jeweils gesetzlich geltenden MwSt.

The products referred to in sections 4, 5 and 6 of this Fuel Supply Agreement will be billed semi-monthly, on the 15th and at the end of every month, plus legally applicable VAT.
