Der Anwalt von Egovison Dr. Weichert nahm an dieser Besprechung teil. Die beiliegende Zusammenfassung stellt alleine die Sicht von Egovision und Herrn Dr. Weichert dar: Während des Besuchs übernahm der Neffe von Helen Li die dominierende Rolle und stellte mehr und mehr die ganze Vertragskonstruktion in Frage. Wie Sie dem beiliegenden Mailverkehr entnehmen können, wurde die ganze Angelegenheit immer konfuser. Nach der finalen Mail von Herrn Tschunke haben wir nichts mehr gehört. Auch der für letzten Mittwoch versprochen Transfer von T€ 200 wurde nicht umgesetzt. Wir müssen ausgehen, dass sich Egovison weder an die vertraglichen Verpflichtungen des ISHA’s noch an die Zusagen aus dem Besuch der letzten Woche hält

Natürlich ist das nicht oft der Fall, weil es nicht genug Tage gibt - aber wir tun unser Bestes. Derweil ist Moronica (Musikindustrie) konfuser denn je ob der prächtig gedeihenden Livemusikkultur; wenn sie doch nur mal ihre Überheblichkeit ablegen könnte. Musik wie immer - spricht für sich selbst.
