Verfahren zur Multiphotonen-Photosensibilisierung umfassend die Schritte (a) Bereitstellen einer Multiphotonen-aktivierbaren, photoreaktiven Zusammensetzung umfassend (1) mindestens eine härtbare Spezies, die eine radikalinitiierte chemische Reaktion eingehen kann, und (2) ein Photoinitiatorsystem umfassend photochemisch wirksame Mengen von (b) Bestrahlen der Multiphotonen-aktivierbaren, photoreaktiven Zusammensetzung mit ausreichend Licht, damit mindestens zwei Photonen gleichzeitig absorbiert werden, wodurch mindestens eine radikalinitiierte chemische Reaktion induziert wird, wobei die Zusammensetzung belichtet wird.

A method of multiphoton photosensitizing comprising the steps of (a) providing a multiphoton-activatable, photoreactive composition comprising (1) at least one curable species that is capable of undergoing a radical-initiated chemical reaction, and (2) a photoinitiator system comprising photochemically-effective amounts of (b) irradiating said multiphoton-activatable, photoreactive composition with light sufficient to cause simultaneous absorption of at least two photons, thereby inducing at least one radical-initiated chemical reaction where said composition is exposed to the light.
