Medizinisches Röntgenbilderzeugungssystem (100) mit: einem Controller (6) zum Verwalten eines medizinischen Bildes, von Identifikationsinformation einer Kassette (C) und einer Radiographie-Auftragsinformation, so dass diese einander entsprechen, einem tragbaren Endgerät (4) zum Speichern der Radiographie-Auftragsinformation und der Identifikationsinformation der Kassette, so dass diese einander entsprechen, und einer medizinischen Bildlesevorrichtung (3) zum Auslesen des medizinischen Bildes von der Kassette und der Identifikationsinformation der Kassette, wobei der Controller, das tragbare Endgerät und die medizinische Bildlesevorrichtung über ein Netzwerk miteinander verbunden sind, wobei das tragbare Endgerät umfasst: einen Speicherabschnitt (46) zum Speichern der Radiographie-Auftragsinformation und der Identifikationsinformation der Kassette, so dass diese einander entsprechen, und einen Kommunikationsabschnitt (47) zum Übertragen der Radiographie-Auftragsinformation und der Identifikationsinformation der Kassette, so dass diese einander entsprechen, wobei die medizinische Bildlesevorrichtung umfasst: einen Kommunikationsabschnitt zum Übertragen des von der Kassette gelesenen medizinischen Bildes und der Identifikationsinformation der Kassette, so dass diese einander entsprechen, und wobei der Controller umfasst: einen Kommunikationsabschnitt (67) zum Empfangen eines Satzes der Radiographie-Auftragsinformation und der Identifikationsinformation der Kassette sowie eines Satzes der medizinischen Bilder und der Identifikationsinformation der Kassette, einen Speicherabschnitt (65) zum Speichern der Radiographie-Auftragsinformation und des medizinischen Bildes, so dass diese einander entsprechen, basierend auf der Identifikationsinformation der Kassette, einen Modus-Einstellabschnitt (61) zum Einstellen eines normalen Modus, unter dem das in einem Radiographieraum radiographisch aufgenommene medizinische Bild angezeigt wird, oder eines tragbaren Modus, unter dem das bei Kontrollvisiten ("round visits") radiographisch aufgenommene medizinische Bild angezeigt wird, und einen Anzeigesteuerabschnitt (61) zum Anzeigen, unter dem normalen Modus, des medizinischen Bildes desselben Patienten auf demselben Bildschirm (640) und, unter dem tragbaren Modus, zum Anzeigen zumindest zweier medizinischer Bilder für mehrere Patienten, unter den medizinischen Bildern, entsprechend der Radiographie-Auftragsinformation, welche von einem gleichen tragbaren Endgerät empfangen wurde, auf dem gleichen Bildschirm (639), wobei: der Modus-Einstellabschnitt den Normalmodus einstellt, wenn der Kommunikationsabschnitt die Radiographie-Auftragsinformation und die Identifikationsinformation der Kassette nicht von dem tragbaren Endgerät empfängt, und den tragbaren Modus einstellt, wenn der Kommunikationsabschnitt die Radiographie-Auftragsinformation und die Identifikationsinformation der Kassette von dem tragbaren Endgerät empfängt, und der Anzeigesteuerabschnitt das medizinische Bild entsprechend einem von dem Modus-Einstellabschnitt eingestellten Modus anzeigt.

A medical image radiographing system (100) comprising: a controller (6) for managing a medical image, identification information of a cassette (C) and radiographing order information so as to correspond to each other; a portable terminal (4) for storing the radiographing order information and the identification information of the cassette so as to correspond to each other; and a medical image reading apparatus (3) for reading out the medical image from the cassette and the identification information of the cassette, wherein the controller, the portable terminal and the medical image reading apparatus are connected through a network, the portable terminal comprises: a storage section (46) for storing the radiographing order information and the identification information of the cassette so as to correspond to each other; and a communication section (47) for transmitting the radiographing order information and the identification information of the cassette so as to correspond to each other, the medical image reading apparatus comprises: a communication section for transmitting the medical image read out from the cassette and the identification information of the cassette so as to correspond to each other, and the controller comprises: wherein : the mode setting section sets the normal mode when the communication section does not receive the radiographing order information and the identification information of the cassette from the portable terminal, and sets the portable mode when the communication section receives the radiographing order information and the identification information of the cassette from the portable terminal; and the display control section displays the medical image according to a mode set by the mode setting section.
