SB/SA ? 1/3 (2)???0.6 ? LB/DA ? 3.0 (3)???WB/DA ? 1/4 worin SA eine Querschnittsfläche des Kerns bedeutet, worin DA den Durchmesser des Kerns bedeutet, wenn die Gestalt des Querschnitts des Kerns ein exakter Kreis ist, oder ein Durchmesser eines Kreises, der den Kern umfährt, wenn die Gestalt des Querschnitts des Kerns kein exakter Kreis ist, und wobei SB, LB und WB die Querschnittsfläche, die maximale Länge bzw. die maximale Breite der Rippen bedeuten; wobei die wässrige Alkalibehandlung in einem Ausmaß durchgeführt wird, so dass eine Gewichtsverminderung im Bereich von 10 bis 40 Gew.% erhalten wird und wobei die Rippen mindestens teilweise von dem Kern durch die Behandlung mit wässriger Alkalilösung getrennt werden.
