The charred body of a woman presents a huge challenge for forensic medical experts Dr. Robert Kolmaar and Dr. Judith Sommer, who can’t offer much immediate assistance to CID Inspector Jockel Löw. There is nothing that can provide any clues to the origin or identity of the dead woman. Using a computer simulation, Dr. Robert Kolmaar reconstructs the appearance of the deceased, hoping that when this information is made available over the media it will strike a chord with somebody in the general public.
