thanks for better explanation. The direct answer to your question is that so far, there isn't any obstacle in Slovak law for using payment terms as you drafted it. However, there will be the new SK Commercial Code valid as of 1.2.2013, which will prohibit using any terms over 60 days. Since this change was stipulated by the recent EU directive you can expect similar changes in all EU countries laws over the course of next 12 months.

Dank für bessere Erklärung. Die direkte Antwort auf Ihre Frage ist, dass bisher gibt es kein Hindernis in slowakisches Recht zur Nutzung Zahlungsbedingungen, wie Sie es formuliert. Allerdings wird es das neue SK HGB gültig ab 2013.01.02, die verbieten, unter Nutzung von mehr als 60 Tagen sein wird. Da diese Änderung durch die neue EU-Richtlinie festgelegt wurde, können ähnliche Veränderungen in allen EU-Ländern Gesetze im Laufe der nächsten 12 Monate zu erwarten.
