First, we agree with the west coast representatives in so far as our motion is New Roc's opinion; we're not sure what they mean by personal since there are other Hells Angels who share our opinion, however, our opinion is base on what we see and what we hear. What we see does not need repeating since that should be apparent; what we hear apparently does. The statement made by Newark's president (Bubba), quoted in our motion, provides a clear picture of their argument; this statement along with other statements made by him in Hartford provide the basis for the conclusion New Roc stated in our motion. For example, Bubba went on to say, "...what if I have a higher percentage than him...", referring to the individual in question and then declaring that we would have to take samples from a number of members so as to establish a bench mark.

Erstens haben wir mit den Westküste Vertreter, soweit unsere Bewegung New Roc ist der Meinung einverstanden, wir sind nicht sicher, was sie durch persönliche bedeuten, da es andere Hells Angels, die unsere Meinung teilen werden, ist jedoch unserer Meinung Basis auf, was wir sehen und was wir hören. Given what we see and what we heard in Hartford, we concluded Newark, by their own words, admitted that the individual in question does not meet membership requirements. In addition, we were told by a west coast member, who was in the west coast OM prior to the OM in Hartford, that Bubba made similar statement there.
