Paramaribo

From my colleague miss Versluis, I received a question to deliver a detailed description of the planned SNT-IT-structure for calls, e-mail, data between Hamburg, Tilburg, Zoetemeer, Paramaribo, for the communication with Heine. Hereby I like to inform you about the current situation and the planned future situation regarding the access of Heine systems.

Von meiner Kollegin Miss Versluis, erhielt ich eine Frage, eine detaillierte Beschreibung der geplanten SNT-IT-Struktur für Anrufe zu liefern, E-Mail, Daten zwischen Hamburg, Tilburg, Zoetemeer, Paramaribo, für die Kommunikation mit Heine. Hiermit Ich mag, um Sie über die aktuelle Situation und die geplante zukünftige Situation in Bezug auf den Zugang von Heine-Systeme zu informieren.

In 2010 the Otto Group and SNT has made an agreement for the outsourcing of the contactcenter activities of Heine, Bon Prix and Otto for the Dutch market. A part of the service of Otto is done in Tilburg, but the major part is done at our location in Paramaribo. The complete service for Heine and Bon Prix till now are handled at the location of Otto in Tilburg. As part of the new agreement of Heine and SNT we are planned to move a big part of the handling of the contact center activities of Heine to our contact center location in Paramaribo (Suriname).

In 2010 hat die Otto Group und SNT hat einen Vertrag für das Outsourcing der ContactCenter Aktivitäten Heine, Bon Prix und Otto für den niederländischen Markt. Ein Teil des Dienstes Otto wird in Tilburg getan, aber der größte Teil wird an unserem Standort in Paramaribo getan. Der komplette Service für Heine und Bon Prix bis jetzt an der Stelle des Otto in Tilburg behandelt. Im Rahmen der neuen Vereinbarung von Heine und SNT wir geplant, einen großen Teil der Handhabung der Contact-Center-Aktivitäten von Heine unsere Contact Center-Standort in Paramaribo (Surinam) bewegen.

As with the start of the service of SNT in 2010 we can access all systems of Heine, Bon Prix and Otto through the use of a Windows Terminal Server (WTS), which is delivered and supported by Otto, as part of the agreement of the Otto Group with Heine. This WTS system can be accessed in Tilburg by means of an internal and secured (firewall on both sides) connection between Otto and SNT. For the access of the WTS system in Paramaribo we can access this system over the internet with the use of a secure url (https – connection) and for access an username and password. Within the WTS system the systems of Heine can be accessed according the accesspolicy agreed between the Otto Group and Heine. In the new situation of the service of the contact center activities in Paramaribo we are planned to use the same WTS environment of Otto to be accessed from Suriname and according the userrights in the WTS environment we will be able to access the systems of Heine.

Wie bei der Start des Dienstes von SNT in 2010 können wir alle Systeme von Heine, Bon Prix und Otto durch den Einsatz von einem Windows Terminal Server (WTS), die geliefert und wird von Otto unterstützt, als Teil der Vereinbarung der Zugriff auf Otto Group mit Heine. Dieses System kann in WTS Tilburg mittels einer internen und gesichert (Firewall beidseitig) Verbindung zwischen Otto und SNT genutzt werden. Für den Zugriff der WTS-System in Paramaribo können wir dieses System über das Internet zugreifen mit der Verwendung eines sicheren url (https - Verbindung) und für den Zugang einen Benutzernamen und ein Passwort. Innerhalb der WTS-System die Systeme der Heine kann nach dem accesspolicy zwischen der Otto Group und Heine vereinbarten zugegriffen werden. In der neuen Situation des Dienstes der Contact-Center-Aktivitäten in Paramaribo wir sind geplant, um die gleiche WTS Umfeld des Otto von Suriname zugegriffen werden und entsprechend die Benutzerrechte in der WTS-Umgebung können wir die Systeme von Heine zugreifen zu verwenden.
