The supplementary question that I want to put is this: would the Minister agree with me that it is an abstract term and that it refers to the knitting together in an interdependent way of the economies of the European Economic Union, so that it becomes very difficult for countries to withdraw, while at the same time recognizing that it is a voluntary organization and whoever wants to leave can do so?

Zusätzlich möchte ich noch fragen, ob der Herr Minister mir darin zustimmt, daß es sich um einen abstrakten Begriff handelt und daß er sich auf die gegenseitige Verknüpfung von Wirtschaften der Europäischen Wirtschaftsunion bezieht, so daß ein Austritt für Länder sehr schwierig sein würde, wenn sie gleichzeitig anerkennen, daß es sich um eine freiwillige Organisation handelt und es jedem frei steht, sie zu verlassen?
