We are deeply saddened to have to report that sweet Russel who beat the odds and was saved from the EU List less than a week ago is now DEAD. He was in the "care" of Celine Broecker in his last few days who had an adopter for Russell. Celine states that Russell was aggressive. This is contrary to what his original foster momma said (who has dogs, toddlers and cats in her home) and differs from notations from the shelter. I am saddened to know that Russell spent his last 24-48 hours unwanted and unloved.
