Telogen is the resting phase of the hair cycle, characterized by a lack of cell division and the presence of inactive melanocytes in the telogen germ. The control of this phase is still unknown, the dermal papilla appears atrophic, as a tightly packed ball of cells, devoid of extracellular matrix and microvessels. After a few months, the spontaneous onset of a new anagen is observed, the stimulus for initiating this new cycle being also unknown. A possibility is that an inducing signal may arise within the follicular epithelium acting on the resting papilla, thus re-establishing the communication between epithelial and dermal compartments of the follicle, and initiating a new morphogenetic process. The similarity of this process with that observed during fetal folliculogenesis is striking.

Telogen ist die Ruhephase des Haarzyklus, durch einen Mangel der Zellteilung und der Gegenwart von inaktiven Melanozyten in der Telogen Keim ist. Die Steuerung dieser Phase ist noch unbekannt, erscheint das Hautpapilla atrophisch, als dicht gepackten Ball von Zellen, frei von extrazellulären Matrix und Mikrogefäßen. Nach ein paar Monaten wird die spontane Entstehung eines neuen Anagenphase beobachtet, der Stimulus für die Einleitung dieses neuen Zyklus ist ebenfalls unbekannt. Eine Möglichkeit ist, dass ein Signal induzieren kann innerhalb des Follikelepithels Einwirken auf den ruhenden Papille entstehen somit Wiederherstellung der Kommunikation zwischen Epithel und dermalen Abteile des Follikels, und Einleiten einer neuen morphogenetischen Prozess. Die Ähnlichkeit dieses Prozesses mit, dass während der fetalen folliculogenesis beobachtet ist frappierend.

A use of an effective amount of a composition comprising a mixture of Sophora tonkinensis, Polygonum bistorta and Prunella vulgaris, Sonchus brachyotus, Dictamnus dasycarpus and Dioscorea bulbifera for the production of a medicament for treating or preventing atrophic gastritis in a patient in need thereof.

Benutzung einer wirksamen Menge einer Zusammensetzung umfassend eine Mischung von Sophora tonkinensis, Polygonum bistorta, Prunella vulgaris, Sonchus brachyotus, Dictamnus dasycarpus und Dioscorea bulbifera für die Herstellung eines Medikamentes zum Behandeln oder Verhüten von atrophischer Gastritis in einem bedürftigen Patienten.
