Hinsichtlich der CO2-Verfügbarkeit Ex Ottmarsheim für Carbagas diese Verfügbarkeit ist nur 29% (dh 71% der Nichtverfügbarkeit) wurde am Ende des September 2012 geschätzt. Dies bedeutet, dass Carbagas durch eine Gutschrift wie folgt berechnet erstattet werden sollten (siehe Mail als Anlage): Monatliche Gebühr in Rechnung gestellt (7792 €) * 10 * 71% = -61 654 €
