I checked the process control system at biogas plant Mestecko and found a severe failure in the operation of the mixers of the digester in the night of 03.08.2012 to 04.08.2012 (please see screenshot of the process control system in annex). Two of 3 mixers had a very high power input (maximum power input of 21AM001 51 A and 21AM002 48 A) which led to an emergency shut of both mixers. Further we noted that the failures have been noticed more than 6 hours after the alert. Can you explain to us how the high power input of the mixers can occur and why nobody went to the plant to fix the alert? Possible failures could be unsuitable substrates, high amount of substrates, contraries/impurities or poor maintenance. Please note that an interruption of the operation of the mixers in the digester for more than 20 minutes can lead to lifting of the digester roof.

Ich überprüfte die Prozesssteuerung bei Biogasanlage Mestecko und fand einen schweren Fehler im Betrieb der Rührwerke des Fermenters in der Nacht vom 2012.03.08 um 2012.08.04 (s. Screenshot des Prozessleitsystems im Anhang). Zwei der drei Mischer hatte eine sehr hohe Leistungsaufnahme (maximale Leistungsaufnahme von 51 A und 21AM001 21AM002 48 A), die zu einem Notfall beider Mischer geschlossen geführt. Weitere wir festgestellt, dass die Ausfälle mehr als 6 Stunden nach Alarmierung wurden bemerkt. Können Sie uns erklären, wie die hohe Leistungsaufnahme der Mischer auftreten kann, und warum niemand ging auf die Pflanze, um die Warnung zu beheben? Mögliche Ausfälle könnte ungeeigneten Untergründen, hohe Anzahl von Substraten, Störstoffe / Verunreinigungen oder schlechter Wartung sein.
