It is used in a tyre-building machine, the customer use the DSMI to control the height of the lever arm, and the angle sensor in DSMI will send the analogue output to PLC. So the PLC decide the pressure into the DSMI. The aim is to keep the lever arm being stable. It has been a very good application in China for DSMI series since the tyre raw material is harder before. But now the customer want to control another tyre material which is a little bit softer than before. So the friction comes from the DSMI becomes very sensitive, the PLC changes the pressure in DSMI a little , but the DSMI cannot output a quick response because of big friction force
